What does it mean to GrowKind?

Helping Accomplished Women transform a Lifetime of Expertise into Recognized Authority.

Most of the women I work with don't need more experience.

They've already built it.

Over years—sometimes decades—they've led teams, solved difficult problems, guided organizations, served communities, mentored others, and developed a depth of expertise that can't be captured in a job title or a polished LinkedIn profile.

Yet when they're ready for a new chapter, they often discover something surprising.

The opportunities they're hoping to attract don't yet reflect the value they bring.

They are more than qualified, but the depth of their perspective has never been fully articulated.

That's where my work begins.

Your story is not separate from your expertise.

It's often what makes your expertise irreplaceable.

I've spent my career helping people

make sense of complexity.

At first glance, my career doesn't follow a straight line.

I've worked in education, special education, recovery-centered systems, strategic communications, user experience, nonprofit leadership, and project management.

To me, though, it's always been the same work: listening carefully, finding patterns, and helping people understand what matters.

Across every role, I found myself asking the same question: What is the deeper story that's trying to emerge here?

Sometimes that meant helping organizations communicate more clearly.

Sometimes it meant bringing alignment to complex initiatives.

Sometimes it meant helping thoughtful professionals express work that had become too nuanced to fit neatly into conventional language.

Different settings, but always the same instinct.

The lesson that shaped everything.

One of my greatest teachers has been my younger son.

Over the years, we've navigated years of special education, therapists, specialists, and support systems that changed the way I think about expertise.

The people who made the greatest difference weren't necessarily the ones with the most impressive credentials. They were the ones who slowed down long enough to truly see him. They listened, they looked for patterns before applying solutions, and they understood that meaningful work begins with understanding the person in front of you.

I've carried that lesson into every part of my own work because I don't believe thoughtful professionals need someone to hand them another formula.

I believe they need someone willing to sit with the full complexity of their experience until the deeper pattern becomes clear.

Why GrowKind Exists

Many accomplished women eventually reach a point where they've outgrown the way they're positioned.

They've evolved - their careers, their perspectives - but the way they're describing their work hasn't caught up.

So opportunities depend on constant explanation.

Referrals rely on someone else translating their value.

Speaking, publishing, advisory work, or leadership opportunities remain just out of reach—not because they aren't ready, but because their professional identity no longer reflects the depth of their expertise.

I created GrowKind to help close that distance.

Together, we synthesize the body of work you've already built into a clear professional perspective that supports the opportunities you're ready for next.

What I Believe

I don't believe accomplished women need to reinvent themselves.

I don't believe meaningful work can be reduced to a template.

And I don't believe recognition comes from becoming louder.

I believe recognition grows when your expertise, perspective, and professional identity come into alignment.

When that happens, people don't just understand what you do; they understand why your perspective matters.

And that's when the right opportunities begin to find you.

If you're ready to build your next chapter on the expertise you've already earned, I'd love to have that conversation.
